Hi, I am Jason Garnett a UK born and based artist, illustrator, cartoonist and graphical problem solver. I have been drawing and creating artwork since I can remember and I have been working in various roles within the creative industry for over 20 years.
Over the years I have built up a diverse wealth of skills and experience and along with my natural artistic and creative abillities I use my gained knowlege to create artwork and solve and provide a solution to all manners of art related problems.

Status71 is the name of my creative art and illustration studios. The name was born as a sign of the times. In this day and age the word status seems to be all around us, what is your marital status,facebook status, social status, instagram status,whatsapp status, I think you get the idea.
Since it all seems to be about status these days, I want everyone to know that when you need a solution to your art, illustration and cartoon problems, it’s all about the status, status71 is your creative bubble and the solution for all your art, illustration and cartoonist needs.

What’s it all about
I mainly create digital work as of late but also use other more traditional methods as and when required. I love to create and breathe life into characters whether it be human, animal or any other inanimate object, the imagination has no limits. I love to create cartoon works, as the freedom and scope is endless, anything goes in the crazy and fun cartoon world which I can immerse myself in.
